Pastured Poultry
Our poultry (chicken, turkey, duck, quail) is raised on our lush, green pastures. To protect them from predators, they are raised within "tractors" which are moved daily. This method allows the birds to forage naturally, remain free of fecal material, prevents respiratory distress because of access to clean air, and it actively encourages movement to prevent leg problems. Our poultry is processed humanely on-farm and then vac sealed and frozen.
Pork

Our pigs are pastured within electric net fencing. They experience sunshine and fresh air (and even rain!). They forage and till the land for us. The pigs are fed a strict diet consisting of organic grain and organic veggies, with sometimes a splash of our organic goat milk. The result is delicious & nutritious pork. *We do not feed bread products or meat to our pigs.
